What to Include in Your Application

1. Proof of income/scholarship: Enrolment letter + scholarship award letter or proof of bank funds. Show you can sustain rent payments for the lease period.
2. Reference from Nepal: A professional reference (employer, teacher, doctor) on letterhead with contact details. Explain who they are in a cover letter.
3. University reference: Most university International Student Offices will provide a letter confirming your enrolment and recommending you as a responsible student.
4. Offer to pay extra bond: Some landlords (legally in some states) accept additional bond as security. Check state tenancy laws.
5. Cover letter: A 1-page personal introduction explaining who you are, why you chose the area, your study plans, and your commitment to being a good tenant.
