Finding Nepali/South Asian Ingredients
Most large Australian cities have South Asian or Nepali grocery stores. In some cities, Nepali stores are distinct from Indian ones and stock: Wai Wai noodles, Nepali-style achar, sel roti mix, Himalayan salt, and specific dal varieties.
